服務：服務一級棒！前臺可以提供中文服務，對英文不是特別好的人很友好，每個人都很熱情周到
環境：環境真的特別美，位于市區，視野非常好
衛生：房間非常干凈
設施：酒店有天臺還有無邊泳池，真的超級好，可以看日落，邊游泳邊欣賞日落，非常的出片，還有健身房，就在無邊泳池隔壁
必須強烈推薦！

服務貼心，酒店也很干凈～ 交通非常方便，樓下便是地鐵站，老巴剎夜市就在附近，距離牛車水也很近，泳池絕對是打卡點～ 絕對有下次的酒店

地點，衛生，房間面積 也非常好。
值得住的一間。
而且很新，設計高級和時尚。
地鐵站就在旁邊，走過去1分鐘內。

酒店很新，臨近牛車水唐人街，去市中心哪個景點步行20分鐘左右吧！最近的蘭線地鐵，出門左轉即到，去紅線地鐵站出門右轉10分鐘到達。
我是素食者，酒店特別選寺院附近，最近佛牙寺，有三處素食餐廳，新加坡風味素食，每次吃到撐??旁邊歷史最悠久的百年印度神廟，要脫襪光腳才能進去。旁邊還有回廟。可見新加坡宗教相對自由。
前臺和服務員看起來像國人的大都有會說國語的，溝通方便。大部分菲律賓人只能英語。
酒店雖然是五星級卻跟國內五星級差很多，從房間大小，到游泳池，都小了50%以上，類似國內的亞朵，全季酒店。

The location is perfect! Lao Ba Sat, merlion park, Maxwell are all in walking distance.
By the way, Christopher is very professional and kind in providing tips and recommendations on food and transportation. I want to give a special credit to him.

The service is excellent and you can see the smile in the crew’s faces all the time, that can really boost the guests’ moods. In addition, the room is small but well laid out, all the facilities are provided in a sustainable way. On top of that, the cleanliness is remarkable, all the corners and space that are unobvious are as clean as the other parts. The breakfast is delicious and the categories are diverse. What’s more, the hotel provided a free cake for my birthday, that’s really a huge surprise and I’m extremely happy. Overall, if you would like to stay in Singapore, the Clan Hotel is definitely your best choice.

All the settings are comfortable as last experience.
Drinks for first run, cookies..and good tea bag...all make me miss the hotel. So i give this 8.5 out of 10.
But air conditioner is directly to bed ..i shut it down from headache next day. And i try to call operator..but always busy line.. ..
Except this, this hotel is with good locations to food, airport and sentosa.

酒店門臉不大，但地理位置很好，去哪兒都挺方便。周圍有很多網紅店和打卡點，都是步行就能到的地方。房間不大，三個人剛剛好轉得過身，但很干凈，窗口看下去那片紅色屋頂的地方就是中國街，前臺也很客氣。正直新加坡國慶節，酒店除了送茶葉、點心禮盒，第二天還額外送了國旗和伴手禮。

衛生：據說新加坡有全城驅蚊，但是我在新加坡被咬的兩口都是在這家酒店電梯里被咬的！廁所略微好像下水道有點反味，把廁所門關上會好很多
設施：設施比較新，符合5星酒店的配置，頂樓有泳池，按摩池和健身房！每天早餐有一款當地特色美食可以點，早餐味道還不錯
環境：地理位置非常優越！去哪都方便！樓下1分鐘就是地鐵站，去牛車馬周圍景點走路就到！距離吃夜宵的大巴扎也不遠
服務：前臺服務人員很一般，我就當前臺是跟我開玩笑不算歧視。如果有下次，2萬多的房費我愿意去花在其他酒店上。反倒是客房服務，打掃衛生的這些工作人員服務態度非常好！我愿意把服務分給到客房打掃的人身上！
