服务：服务一级棒！前台可以提供中文服务，对英文不是特别好的人很友好，每个人都很热情周到
环境：环境真的特别美，位于市区，视野非常好
卫生：房间非常干净
设施：酒店有天台还有无边泳池，真的超级好，可以看日落，边游泳边欣赏日落，非常的出片，还有健身房，就在无边泳池隔壁
必须强烈推荐！

服务贴心，酒店也很干净～ 交通非常方便，楼下便是地铁站，老巴刹夜市就在附近，距离牛车水也很近，泳池绝对是打卡点～ 绝对有下次的酒店

地点，卫生，房间面积 也非常好。
值得住的一间。
而且很新，设计高级和时尚。
地铁站就在旁边，走过去1分钟内。

酒店很新，临近牛车水唐人街，去市中心哪个景点步行20分钟左右吧！最近的兰线地铁，出门左转即到，去红线地铁站出门右转10分钟到达。
我是素食者，酒店特别选寺院附近，最近佛牙寺，有三处素食餐厅，新加坡风味素食，每次吃到撑??旁边历史最悠久的百年印度神庙，要脱袜光脚才能进去。旁边还有回庙。可见新加坡宗教相对自由。
前台和服务员看起来像国人的大都有会说国语的，沟通方便。大部分菲律宾人只能英语。
酒店虽然是五星级却跟国内五星级差很多，从房间大小，到游泳池，都小了50%以上，类似国内的亚朵，全季酒店。

The location is perfect! Lao Ba Sat, merlion park, Maxwell are all in walking distance.
By the way, Christopher is very professional and kind in providing tips and recommendations on food and transportation. I want to give a special credit to him.

The service is excellent and you can see the smile in the crew’s faces all the time, that can really boost the guests’ moods. In addition, the room is small but well laid out, all the facilities are provided in a sustainable way. On top of that, the cleanliness is remarkable, all the corners and space that are unobvious are as clean as the other parts. The breakfast is delicious and the categories are diverse. What’s more, the hotel provided a free cake for my birthday, that’s really a huge surprise and I’m extremely happy. Overall, if you would like to stay in Singapore, the Clan Hotel is definitely your best choice.

All the settings are comfortable as last experience.
Drinks for first run, cookies..and good tea bag...all make me miss the hotel. So i give this 8.5 out of 10.
But air conditioner is directly to bed ..i shut it down from headache next day. And i try to call operator..but always busy line.. ..
Except this, this hotel is with good locations to food, airport and sentosa.

酒店门脸不大，但地理位置很好，去哪儿都挺方便。周围有很多网红店和打卡点，都是步行就能到的地方。房间不大，三个人刚刚好转得过身，但很干净，窗口看下去那片红色屋顶的地方就是中国街，前台也很客气。正直新加坡国庆节，酒店除了送茶叶、点心礼盒，第二天还额外送了国旗和伴手礼。

卫生：据说新加坡有全城驱蚊，但是我在新加坡被咬的两口都是在这家酒店电梯里被咬的！厕所略微好像下水道有点反味，把厕所门关上会好很多
设施：设施比较新，符合5星酒店的配置，顶楼有泳池，按摩池和健身房！每天早餐有一款当地特色美食可以点，早餐味道还不错
环境：地理位置非常优越！去哪都方便！楼下1分钟就是地铁站，去牛车马周围景点走路就到！距离吃夜宵的大巴扎也不远
服务：前台服务人员很一般，我就当前台是跟我开玩笑不算歧视。如果有下次，2万多的房费我愿意去花在其他酒店上。反倒是客房服务，打扫卫生的这些工作人员服务态度非常好！我愿意把服务分给到客房打扫的人身上！
